WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This course is for business analysts, process anlaysts, process owners, project managers, managers and others who need to understand, create and use workflow models. This course can also help business modellers work more rapidly, more concisely, and communicate better with business audiences. The topics are highly relevant to any professionals interested in achieving the best outcomes for process improvement and enterprise architecture projects.

The course assumes no previous experience. However it is a perfect next step for business analysts who have attended the Fundamentals of Business Analysis course.

IIBA® COURSE ENDORSEMENT

The Business Process Modelling course is an IIBA® endorsed course. This course is aligned with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®) version 2.0. Course graduates receive 15 PDU's (personal development units) toward the IIBA® Certified Business Analysis ProfessionalTM (CBAP®) qualification.

Techniques for Defining Processes   Documenting Activities

Learn proven professional steps for starting with unstructured business knowledge and rapidly creating valid workflow models of business processes.

 

A look at the context and detail that is attached to process models—such as strategic objectives, performance measurement, data requirements, and cost—as well as how this knowledge can be structured and presented.
