to complement the modelling of business process.

SHOULD ATTEND |
This course is for business analysts, managers, and others who
need to understand how Information Modelling is used in Business Process
documentation, and in designing processes that use IT systems. The topics will
be highly relevant to business analysts interested in achieving quality outcomes
in business process improvement projects. This course is also a perfect next
step for those who have attended the Fundamentals of Business Analysis or
Fundamentals of Enterprise Architecture courses.
The course assumes no previous experience in business analysis
or modelling. It would also prove invaluable to process improvement project
managers or IT professionals. |

A user-friendly introduction to object related concepts--building on the
previous sections. Attendees will learn to read a business class

Work together in team setting to develop and try out new fact-finding and
workshopping skills. Explore practical, iterative approaches that can be used in
any organisation to build information models that can be used by both business
stakeholders and IT groups. Learn to test models for validity and
flexibility. |
