value from business-driven Enterprise Architecture.
Fundamentals
of Enterprise Architecture Course Fact Sheet (pdf) |
| WHO
SHOULD ATTEND |
|
This course is designed to assist a wide range of people who want to better understand the basic concepts of Enterprise Architecture. It will benefit those who want to investigate or help start an Enterprise Architecture initiative - business analysts, business and project managers – as well as anyone who needs to work with or within an IT organisation that has established Enterprise Architecture practices. Unlike many other courses on the topic, ours focuses on EA from the business perspective, showing how the application of basic principles can assist in achieving closer Alignment between business and IT concerns. Business-driven Enterprise Architecture pays off for organisations by enabling knowledge sharing, and by reducing the time
